WHAT DOES IT COST?
There are, of course, expenses in running this important service which are offset in several ways:
FEE FOR SERVICE
No one will ever be refused service because of inability to pay. However, when a client is able to make a donation toward the service they request, it honors them and helps us.
FAMILY SUPPORT
Children, grandchildren, and other relatives of our clients will be relieved to know that their loved one has Sally’s Fund’s important services available. A donation from family ensures service for their senior.
DONATIONS FROM CORPORATIONS
Smart businesses recognize the value of our seniors and their continued independence. By lending your corporate financial support to Sally’s Fund, you help provide mobility and independence for an important segment of the Laguna Beach population.
GRANTS FROM FOUNDATIONS
Donations also come from churches, service clubs, and foundations that want to direct their philanthropic dollars to those organizations who care for the elderly. Sally’s Fund has the programs and services to help those foundations meet their objectives.
CONTRIBUTIONS FROM CARING INDIVIDUALS
Many people want to help but have never been asked. Whether a friend or neighbor of one of our clients, or just someone who cares, your donation of any size is vital to keeping this service available to our seniors.
